The email list
If you join the list, we collect your email address, your name if you give it, the fact that you ticked the consent box, the time you signed up and which form you used. We use this only to email you about Flankfall’s launch and its release-day offer. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
You can withdraw consent at any time: every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, or write to us at the address above. We keep your details until you unsubscribe or we close the list, then delete them.
Who processes it
The site and its sign-up form are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which stores form submissions on our behalf and, like any web host, processes technical data your browser sends (such as your IP address) to deliver the page. Transfers to the USA rely on Netlify’s data processing terms and Standard Contractual Clauses. If we send emails through an email service, it will be named here.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no analytics. After you click a Wishlist button it remembers, for that browser tab only (session storage), to show a “thank you” — nothing is sent anywhere. Wishlist buttons link to Steam, where Valve’s privacy policy applies.
Your rights
